My Journey


Not long ago, I was right where you are now. I was experiencing uncomfortable symptoms – cravings, weight gain, restless nights, hot flashes, and mood swings - that I couldn’t overcome. It was clear to me that I was pre-menopausal, but I didn’t want to admit it.


As a health coach, I was helping hundreds of women slow down, lose weight, and step into their best body and life with clean food, enjoyable movement, and positive coaching. And yet while they were getting results, I was in complete denial about how terrible I felt.


The research that existed for women in this stage of life didn’t help either. It was either outdated or it painted a very grim picture of what my future would be.


I was searching for a holistic way to overcome my symptoms and the underlying hormonal imbalances. It wasn’t enough for me to simple cope with 'The Change’, I wanted to learn how to thrive.


After all, turning 40-something in 2020 is a whole new ballgame for women, and I didn’t want menopause to derail all the plans I had for my life.


So, when I couldn’t find the program I needed, I created it.

I’ve spent most of my professional life as a health coach—helping hundreds of women lose weight, eat clean food, and overcome mental blocks so they can step into a body & life they love.

In 2012, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned from wellness experts like Dr. Andrew Weil & Deepak Chopra. I was certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and then received my certification in Transformational Coaching from the Holistic MBA Program.


For a long time, I helped women lose weight and embrace their body and their life through holistic coaching, nutrition, and movement.


And then I went through menopause and my focus deepend. In my quest to heal my own menopause symptoms, I expanded my certifications with a degree as a Love, Sex & Relationships Coach. And what I learned has changed my life and the life of the women I work with.


I learned that pleasure and connection is every woman’s birthright.

I learned that it’s never too late to tap into radiance, success, and sexual satisfaction.

And I learned that supporting ‘the change’ rather than fighting it turned my torment into a time of transformation.

And that’s exactly what I now teach women over 40 who come to me when they’re at their wits-end over hormonal imbalance, perimenopause, and just not feeling like "themselves" anymore.
